1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk35 platform, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and cashier functions. By registering an account, accessing the pk35 login page, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market offered by pk35, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all registered players of pk35 and supersede any prior agreement, representation, or understanding between you and the Platform. pk35 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

Use of the pk35 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk35 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification is mandatory and carried out via CNIC identity check during the registration process.
• You must be a natural person and may not register on behalf of a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a current or former employee of pk35, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, where a conflict of interest may arise.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from the pk35 platform or subject to any account suspension or termination at the time of registration or use.
• You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in relation to online gaming. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the pk35 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing bets.

pk35 reserves the right to carry out verification checks at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming features on pk35, you must register a single, verified account. The following conditions apply to all pk35 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered pk35 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and CNIC number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Identity verification: pk35 is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to provide such documentation as pk35 may reasonably request, including a copy of your CNIC.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk35 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in shall be deemed to have been authorised by you.
• Account currency: All pk35 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

pk35 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. The following terms apply to all cashier transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 300. Minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 1,000.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your pk35 account instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. pk35 reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal routing for fraud prevention purposes.
• pk35 does not charge transaction fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals via mobile wallet methods. Network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the player.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. pk35 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
• pk35 is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider, banking infrastructure, or network conditions outside the Platform's control.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on pk35 is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each product section:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. pk35 does not accept cancellation requests for settled bets except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live betting event or casino session, pk35 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed at the point of wagering. pk35 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at its discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• pk35 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to suspect collusion, match-fixing, or other forms of cheating, regardless of whether the outcome has settled.
• Winnings from RNG games are generated by certified random number generators. Published RTP percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

6Bonuses & Promotions

pk35 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional offers to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, and to any specific terms stated in the promotion details:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. pk35 reserves the right to withhold, amend, or reclaim bonuses where abuse, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation is identified.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• pk35 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Welcome bonuses and new player offers are available exclusively to players registering their first pk35 account and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, or payment method.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk35 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another player's account credentials.
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your age, nationality, or eligibility status.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the pk35 cashier.
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the pk35 platform, software, or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk35 staff or other platform users via the support chat or any other communication channel.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the pk35 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, data, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of pk35 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of pk35 content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk35 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions, service interruptions, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

pk35 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and network outages may periodically affect availability. pk35 will endeavour to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Platform's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10Responsible Gaming

pk35 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. The Platform provides a range of tools accessible from the player account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps to control spending.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when a session reaches a defined duration.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your account from all gaming activity. Requests are processed promptly and exclusions are enforced across all platform sections.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying session duration and net win/loss figures.

11Amendments to These Terms

pk35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk35 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform's registered communication channels, which may include email notification to your registered address or an on-screen notification at login. Your continued use of the pk35 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards and the internal policies of pk35 as set out herein. In the event of any dispute between a player and pk35 arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through the pk35 customer support channel. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be escalated to pk35's formal complaints process as described in the Help section of the platform.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legal rights pending resolution of any dispute.
